Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Turn into a greased cake mold. Press evenly on the bottom and sides of the pan, bake for 8 minutes. Cool before filling. Fill with a mixture of sugar-free pudding prepared with skim milk or, fill with anything you put in a graham cracker.
