A Deck of Deliciousness

Hey Chicagoans!  Do you like to eat out?  Or starting to think about Christmas gift shopping for someone who does?  Then this may be a cool option for you – the A La Card Chicago 2010 deck.  Here’s how it works: you buy the deck of cards for $30.  Each of the 52 cards is a $10 gift certificate to a fabulous Chicago restaurant, good throughout 2010.  So if you eat at just a few of these places during the year, then it’s a pretty sweet deal.  The restaurant list is pretty nice, and spread throughout the city.  Not to mention the inherent goodness of supporting local owner/chefs. What’s not to love?

And, looks like if you order a 2010 deck now, you can get a 2009 deck for a steal, giving you a solid excuse (other than your proximity to an overdose on PB&J sandwiches) to go out to eat for a bargain.
